GOING WITH THE FLOW

Do you ever feel like life is taking you for a ride, one that moves you in directions that you had not planned for which do not feel all that comfortable?

Some of us fight the process while others will accept what is taking hold and go with the flow. Unless you foreseeable disaster ahead, it may be best to go with the flow rather than paddling upstream against the current.

It is not easy to let go and for those that feel they need control and a hand in the way life unfolds it may be difficult to understand or accept that some things are out of our control. There may be inner power struggles with self, challenges that must be met, yet some things just need to be accepted.

Does your current path hurt others or hurt you personally?

There may be a lot to take into consideration when pushing for change.

Sometimes life changes direction at what seems to be the most inappropriate times and we just need to accept and move on. Yet sometimes we need to take a stand and stand up for what we believe in.

Life moves in different directions throughout our journey. We truly do not know where it will take us next. It is not always an easy path but we need to pick our battles. Is it worth fighting for and how is it affecting us personally and others?

How is our frame of mind concerning the situation?

Do we have to make some compromise, or do we need to reflect and think things over?

What is the best resolution for all concerned and what can we do to make the transition easier?

Do we go with the flow or paddle against the current?

The answers to these questions will vary depending on each situation.

FULL MOON IN CAPRICORN JULY 3, 2023

On July 3, 2023, we will experience a Capricorn Full Moon @ 11° making a favourable trine to Transiting Jupiter @ 9° Taurus. This lunar position will also be in opposition to T Mercury @ 13° Gemini. Confirm that this positioning of this Full Moon is affecting any planets or angles in your Natal chart. Conjunctions and Oppositions will have the greatest impact but they must be within 3° to influence your life.

The Full Moon is a harvest time of what we have been nurturing over the past 6 months since we experienced the New Moon in Capricorn. The energy we put into our goals will be reflected in the quality of our harvest.

The Full Moon in Capricorn can be very ambitious although somewhat cautious as change is not often well received if this is part of the picture moving forward. However, there is a high degree of determination to succeed, and you know that it will likely take time before you reach your objectives. What was begun on the New Moon phase is now ready to move forward on some level and this will either give you the security that you are looking for and provide some gain or you will have to let things go because you did not pursue your ambitions with dedication.

The Moon has to do with security and feelings while Capricorn has to do with ambitions and achievements. How can you now expand on this?

Does this have something to do with your ambitions, perhaps linked to your career?

Will you gain recognition for your accomplishments?

The trine to Jupiter might provide you with the good luck needed to accomplish what you set out to do and perhaps expand your horizons. While Mercury in opposition may cause you to wonder if you made the right decisions at the right time, or did you push a little too early.

Are others standing in your way or trying to take what you deserve?

What fits your particular situation?

Jupiter promotes growth and perhaps it will take a little time before your goals mature to what you might like them to be. You should be optimistic about your endeavors. All the best as things come to fruition. Take advantage of the energies of Jupiter and promote yourself without being egotistical.

TRANSITING PLUTO SEXTILE NATAL SUN

The sextile (60° between two planets or angels) is considered a harmonious, beneficial aspect in Astrology. It creates a natural flow between the planets\angles involved and is deemed to be supportive. I read once that sextiles have to do with opportunities, but they do not open up without activation from the individual who is experiencing this positioning. They say it is similar to a cross between a trine and square. The trine brings easy flow and opportunities, and the square suggests some work to move things ahead.

The sextile from T Pluto to the Sun brings opportunities and new ideas. This can lead to transformations with your path, goals and life objective. This can create changes that are necessary so that you are more able to connect with your path. Sometimes the sextile can be subtle and although Pluto’s influence is not a mild one, it may go unnoticed for some time before realizing where life is taking you. It is best to follow Pluto’s energies as it insists on a change of direction.

There can be great changes taking hold on a personal level where collaboration can be essential to growth and understanding. You may find that you are more open to new concepts and new ways of thinking that can change your attitude and build on what is in place or open new doors so that something more appropriate is allowed entry. You can make new connections with people that may be very supportive of your ideologies and help to encourage you to make changes. Your principles may go through changes and a reconstructions is in the making.

Remember the potential for new growth and a new you are at hand but you will have to promote this to make things happen. Opportunities are available but it is up to you to take advantage of them.

Pluto can be forceful and may not present itself in a gentle manner, but when we go with the flow and understand that the road presented to us is the right route to take, it can be much easier to advance with fewer hurdles.
